Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refund for change of mind purchases. Exchanges will happily be accepted providing the original item is shipped back to us in original condition, in original packaging via a tracked method of shipping. (Please note return shipping fee will not be refunded).

To start an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@neoscandlestudio.com to receive a returns number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a returns number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@neoscandlestudio.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
